Where lessons happen in Gig Harbor
We come to you at Doris Heritage Park — six dedicated courts with automatic lights, the best outdoor pickleball at any single site in the area — or at Sehmel Homestead Park or another court you pick. We bring the net and balls, and the flat travel fee for crossing the bridge is itemised before you confirm. The same arrangement covers Purdy, Fox Island, and the Key Peninsula.
Or cross the Narrows yourself: our home courts in Fircrest and Lakewood are about fifteen minutes from most of the harbor and carry no fee. Most Gig Harbor inquiries are couples or neighbors starting together, and a semi-private lesson for two is the natural format.

Lesson formats
- Private lessons — one coach, one student, aimed at whatever is costing you points.
- Semi-private sessions — two or three students who split the hour and the cost.
- Group clinics — four to six players, priced as a total for the lesson rather than per head.

How booking works
Booking is online and takes under a minute: no account, no deposit, no prepayment. You pay at the lesson with cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, and cancelling or moving a lesson is free up to 24 hours before. Both coaches compete at 4.5–5.0 DUPR, and first-timers get a new-client discount when the offer is running.
