Where lessons happen in Lakewood
Most Lakewood lessons run at Harry Todd Park in the Tillicum neighborhood, right on the shore of American Lake, one of the prettiest places to play in the county. Its four courts have permanent nets — rare for the area, and the reason our winter schedule doesn't slow down the way seasonal-net parks do. Because it's a home court, there's no travel fee: you pay the same rates as a lesson in Tacoma or Fircrest. Steilacoom and JBLM are minutes away, so players from Lewis Main or McChord Field get the same no-fee arrangement at their closest permanent nets.

Lesson formats
- Private lessons — one coach, one student, aimed at whatever is costing you points.
- Semi-private sessions — two or three students who split the hour and the cost.
- Group clinics — four to six players, priced as a total for the lesson rather than per head.

How booking works
Booking is online and takes under a minute: no account, no deposit, no prepayment. You pay at the lesson with cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, and cancelling or moving a lesson is free up to 24 hours before. Both coaches compete at 4.5–5.0 DUPR, and first-timers get a new-client discount when the offer is running.
